High-flow LNG Refueling Pump Skid

    The LNG pump skid integrates LNG cryogenic submerged pump, vacuum pump sump, vaporizer, pipelines, valves and other components onto a single skid-mounted frame. It is plug-and-play with convenient and fast deployment, and features functions such as unloading, pressure regulation and refueling.
      It is equipped with safety protection measures including combustible gas detection, leakage alarm, emergency stop and overpressure protection.
It supports multiple unloading modes such as pump unloading, self-pressurization unloading and combined unloading. It also has the functions of tank pressurization and temperature adjustment, realizes refueling operation simultaneous with unloading, and adopts dual pump cross standby function.
      The pump sump adopts high-vacuum winding insulation, and both inlet and outlet liquid pipelines are insulated with PIR cold preservation method to minimize cold loss. Through the unique unloading pressure balancing design, BOG gas inside the storage tank can be cooled and reused.
