Compact LNG Refueling Station

Compact LNG stations are modular energy infrastructures designed for space-constrained, rapid deployment scenarios. 1. Cryogenic LNG Storage Tank

Volume: 30,50,60 m³ (optional vacuum insulation or polyurethane insulation technology)

Working Pressure: 0.6–1.2 MPa (adaptable to different regional gas supply standards)

Stainless Steel Inner Tank: Made of S30408 material, offering 3× improved corrosion resistance

Double-Layer Vacuum Insulation: Thermal conductivity ≤ 0.002 W/m·K; daily evaporation rate ≤ 0.15%

Intelligent Liquid Level Sensor: Accuracy ±1 mm; integrated with a remote monitoring interface

 

2. Cryogenic Pump Skid

Pump Type: Vertical cryogenic centrifugal pump (flow rate: 5–50 m³/h) or submerged liquid pump (20% higher efficiency)

Motor: Explosion-proof inverter motor (IP68 rated; suitable for environments from -40°C to 50°C)

Control Module:

Integrated automatic pressure regulation

Anti-cavitation protection

Supports manual/automatic dual-mode control

 

3.LNG Dispenser

Measurement Accuracy: ±1.0% FS (compliant with OIML R137 international metrology standards)

Filling Speed: 3–80 kg/min (supports upgrade to LNG/CNG dual-fuel mode)

Interface Compatibility: ISO 20423 (Europe), AGA NGV1 (North America), and other global standards

 

4. Control System and Safety Devices

Main Control: PLC intelligent control cabinet (supports Modbus/TCP protocol; compatible with existing SCADA systems)

Safety Devices:

Emergency shut-off valve (response time < 1 second)

Laser gas leakage detector (detection accuracy: 0.1 ppm)

Explosion-proof acoustic and visual alarms (certified to ATEX/IECEx standards)

 

5. Modular Skid-Mounted Structure

Transport Dimensions: Standard 20 ft / 40 ft container (disassembly-free transport; reduces overseas logistics costs by 30%)

Integrated Design: Combines storage tank, pump skid, and control system; only pipeline connection and power commissioning are required on-site
