Carbon monoxide is an important basic chemical raw material for the production of acetic acid, acetic anhydride, oxalate, ethylene glycol, oxalic acid, dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethyl carbonate (DMC), formic acid, etc. Raw toluene diisocyanate (TDI),
diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), and synthetic metal carbonyl compounds.
 
Technological process
The PSA separation and purification of CO process generally adopts a two-stage process. The first step (PSA-1) removes acid gases (such as carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, etc.), and the second step (PSA-2) separates and purifies CO from the remaining mixed gas. . Our company has domestic high-quality copper loaded adsorbents. The normal design value of the purity of CO product gas is 98%, the highest can reach 99.9%, and the yield is 70%~95%.
