Biomass Natural Gas Hydrogen Production Machine

Through the highly integrated design concept, the traditional natural gas steam reforming hydrogen production equipment is significantly reduced in height and ultimately presented in the form of containers.

 

A mature hydrogen production process, mainly through steam reforming reaction of methane and steam at a certain temperature (700-900℃) and pressure (8-25 kg pressure). Methane and steam are reacted with a catalyst to produce crude hydrogen gas (mainly hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and unreacted methane and steam). This reaction is strongly endothermic, and the fuel is natural gas and pressure swing adsorption desorption gas.

 

After the production of crude hydrogen through steam reforming of methane, it is further subjected to a carbon monoxide shift reaction in a shift converter, where carbon monoxide and steam further react to produce carbon dioxide and hydrogen. The hydrogen-containing gas after steam reforming reaction and water vapor shift reaction is cooled and separated from unreacted water, and then enters the pressure swing adsorption unit for purification to obtain qualified hydrogen gas.
